Quepos
Quepos is a very small beach town, just outside Manuel Antonio and has one of the few full service Marinas in Costa Rica. Known for it's amazing landscape where the mountains spill right into the sea, Quepos is not a 'touristy' as most beach towns. But it is and excellent and affordable alternative for those who want to enjoy the Manuel Antonio State Park without paying Manuel Antonio price. The public bus runs between Quepos and Manuel Antonio every 15 minutes and costs less than a dollar to ride. Along the way you choose one of the many bars, restaurants, and attractions you want to enjoy during your stay.
